Hi! I’m Megan, a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) based in Glasgow.

Since completing a Masters degree in Human Nutrition, I have worked as a nutritionist within nutrition communications, community nutrition and social media marketing.

Throughout my work, I have seen the damage that nutrition misinformation can have on people’s health and wellbeing. This is why I am passionate about communicating balanced, evidence-based nutrition, that can truly help people achieve their health and nutrition goals.
